He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnston; his children, Bradley Johnston (Michelle) and Krystal Spurlock (Tim); the mother of his children Sharon George Johnston Maldonado; his grandchildren, Franklin, Kourtney, Sydney, Caden and Garin; his great grandchildren, Kozekiel, Kaizen, Eleanor and Dominic; and his sisters, Linda, Loneda, Betty and Trudy.
