He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Ann Warnock; his granddaughter Anisa Brooke Warnock; his great grandchild Landon Spurlock; and his siblings, Janet Smith, Guy, Wayne, John, Paul, Dale and Jim Spurlock.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Roberds Spurlock; his children, Rae Lynn Howard (Jim) of Latham, Neal Spurlock of Nashville, Wade Spurlock (Lorrie Smith) of Wilmington and Lance Spurlock (Kim) of Sabina; and his siblings, Marcie Spurlock, Roxie Woods (Sonny Morgan), Roger (Connie), Larry (Kathy) and Terry Spurlock (Kim). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
