With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Erna Margareta Howard of Wilmington, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Vogel and Kunigunde Preissinger Vogel; her husband Berlin Howard; her siblings, Louise Weghorn and Hans Vogel; and her brothers-in-law, Jack, Pete, John, David and Raymond Howard.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Korin Howard of Wilmington; her grandson Levi Dillon Howard; her brothers, Erich Vogel of Germany, Tim Howard and Kenny Howard (Catherine Mahanes); and her close friend Brigitte Bolin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
