He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Hively Haynes of Martinsville and Roger Dale Spurlock of Georgia; his daughters, Jamie Hively, Hailey Hively and Kiley Hively; his stepfather Edward Haynes; his brother Kenneth Edward Cochran Jr. of Wilmington, Ohio; his stepbrothers, Derek Haynes of Wilmington, Eddie Haynes of Georgia and Eric Haynes of Florida; and the mother of his children Kara Cluxton of Lynchburg, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
