She was predeceased by: her parents, Vollie Downard and Ethel Downard (Penwell). She is survived by: her husband Evan J. Morgan, Jr. (Joe); and her children, Betty Peterson (Roger) of Xenia, Dennis Morgan of Lakeland and Debbie Norris (Dave) of Hillsboro. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.
