He is survived by: his wife Marcella Miller Burkitt; his children, Rick Burkitt (Pam), Brian "Todd" Burkitt (Michelle Barnes), April Burkitt and Dawn Boldman (Roger); his sister Brenda Browning (Paul); his grandchildren, Joby Fetters (Wendy), Jason Fetters (Donnette), Bo Doyle (Jessica), Shyane Williams, Jake Boldman, Austin Burkitt, Dylan Burkitt and Blake Burkitt; his great grandchildren, Zachary Fetters, Katelynn Fetters, Faith Fetters, Paige Fetters, Dalton Fetters, Benjamin Doyle, Devin Cosby, Derreon Cosby and Deakyn Williams; and his great great grandchild Kash Bartley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
