She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Evans and Evelyn Jeanette Campbell (Barnhart); her grandson Billy Perdue; her great grandchildren, Whitney Cordell and Gabriella Perdue; and her great great grandchild Normani Perdue.
She is survived by: her husband James Doak (Jim); her sisters, Anita Perdue of Waynesville, OH and Janice Kinderman of Wilmington; her children, Crystal Gilliam (Ron) of Townsend, TN, Chris Perdue (Trula) of Wilmington, Christina Bennett (Larry) of Wilmington, Chriselda Shanks (Michael) of Wilmington, Darla Michael (Wade) of Wilmington and Darwin Perdue (Angie) of Mason, OH; and her close friends, Tammy Perdue and Dotson King of North Carolina. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; many great and great-great-grandchildren.
