He is survived by: his wife Corrine Case; his mother Terri Hargis Osborn of Wilmington; his children, Raevyn-Bree McKay and Caden McKay; his stepfather Kenny Osborn; his stepdaughter Kendra Scott; his sisters, Katelyn Osborn (Alex Salyer) and Sarah McKay; his stepbrother Wayne Osborn; his nephew Liam Osborn; his cousin Marti Osborne; and his stepgrandchildren, Brantley, Aubree, Brooklyn and Addilyn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to the Lindner Center of HOPE, 4075 Old Western Row Road, Mason, Ohio 45040 or to any animal organization of the donor's choosing.
