He is survived by: his children, David Maple of Clarksville, Melissa Fellure (Marty) of London and Heather Gammell (Shane) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Noah Fellure, Daelin Maple, Isabella and Olivia Gammell; his sister Jo Estes of Bixby, Oklahoma; and his cousins, Gail DeWalt, Dee Perry and Mary Kathryn Mull. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
