It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David G Chesnut of Wilmington, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Graham Howard Chesnut and Joyce Churchill Chesnut. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Thomson Chesnut; his children, Ryan Chesnut (Susie) of Columbus, Caitlin Falk (Tony) of Columbus and Kyle Chesnut (Katie) of Columbus, Ohio.; and his sisters, Cinda Kesler of Orient and Linda Blackwell of Columbus. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
