He is survived by: his wife Sharon Allen (Kellum); his children, David Kellum Allen (Brittany Starkey) and Kathryn Ann Allen; his granddaughter Sutton Grace Allen; his sister Janene Dunn; his great-nephew Cooper; his nephew Justin Dunn (Ashley); and his great-niece Vera Dunn.
