He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Lindsey; his significant other's children, Vaughn Spencer (Toni), Derrick Spencer (Jackie), Christopher Lindsey (Tiffany) and Jeremiah Lindsey; his grandchildren, Christopher Lindsey, Hope Lindsey and Javen Spencer; his siblings, Phoebe Shirk (Kevin) of Connecticut, Mike Heath (Julie) of Bainbridge, Richard "Woody" Heath of Bainbridge and Reva Meyer (Chris) of Bainbridge; his nieces and nephews, Milo Heath, Jerico Heath, Christopher Meyer, Ginny Lynn Turner, Brenda Kinney and Shelby Jenkins; and his aunt Cindy Tschudy. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins.
