He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Dollie Richter, Jr. (Davis); and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Richter IV (Beth) of Georgetown and Chad Richter of Maineville; his grandchildren, Jason Richter (Elise), Megan Richter, Samantha Richter (Brandon), Dakota Richter and Jared Richter; his great grandchild Henry Richter; and his siblings, Donna Hicks of Lebanon, Karen Wilson of Columbus and Fred Richter of Kentucky.
