He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Hamm and Janie Jo Hamm (Stanforth); his mother-in-law Sheila Spicer; and his former wife Beth Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Milinda "Mindy" Hamm (Spicer); his daughters, Harlie Jo Hamm of Church Hill and Leslie Finn (Damon) of Beavercreek; his grandchildren, Rudie Finn and Everett Finn; his brother Tim Fox of Wilmington; his aunt Betty Kindle of Church Hill, Tennessee; his father-in-law Joe Spicer of Wilmington; his close friends, John Ward of Abbington, Virginia, Roger Scott (Debbie) of Sabina, George Carroll (Ramona) of Indiana, Tommy Nelms of Church Hill, Rick Rogers of Church Hill, Terry Blose (Beth) of Church Hill and Nick Zuelke of Church Hill; and his sister Mellott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are directed to the Church Hill Clinic, 401 Richmond Street, Church Hill, Tennessee, 37642, a place and foundation that was near and dear to Bret.
