He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Joann" Mefford (Glenn); his children, Tina Bryant (James) of Nippa, Kentucky, Rebecca Sorg (Andrew) of Wilmington, Ohio, Job Mefford of Seaman, Paul Mefford of Seaman, Billy Mefford, Jr. (Jennifer) of Seaman and Isaac Mefford of Seaman; and his siblings, Mildred Campbell, Betty Burgett (Robert), Kenneth Mefford (Judy), Ronnie Mefford (Kathy) and Roger Mefford (Roselle). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
