It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Bay of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Williams and Edna Janney Williams. She is survived by: her husband John Bay; her children, Mary Catherine Fulda (Jack) of Anderson, Indiana and Richard Bay of Lady Lake, Florida; her grandchildren, Andrea Fowler (Brian) of Omaha, Jennifer Kassick (Jason) of Tampa and Jami Bay of Wilmington, Ohio; her stepgrandchildren, Tasha Elijah and Anthony Fulda; her great grandchildren, Tyler Ford, Ava Fowler, Ella Fowler, Simon Strate, Ari Strate, Jacob Elijah and Luke Elijah; her sister-in-law Avonelle Williams of Wilmington, Ohio; her son Michael A. Bay; and her siblings, D. Wilbur Williams and Elaine Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Those in attendance are asked to observe social distancing guidelines and face masks will be required.
