He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Duncan-Raines; and his brother Darrell Lewis. He is survived by: his sister Edie Ross (Tim) of Waynesville; his niece Briana Meadows (Denver); his great-nephews, Denver Bryant Meadows and Dalton Meadows; his stepfather Michael Livesay (Karen); and his children, Sandy Lewis of Waynesville, Matthew Lewis of Waynesville and Tony Lewis of Waynesville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
