He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shoaf of Willshire, Ohio; his children, Nicole Shoaf of Willshire, Ohio and Todd Shoaf (Jessica) of Montezuma, Ohio; his siblings, Allen Shoaf (Jean) of Decatur, Indiana, Paul Shoaf (Michelle) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Pam Bollenbacher (Chuck) of Rockford, Ohio and Darlene Alexander of Rockford, Ohio; and his grandsons, Sabyn Phillip Shoaf and Nash Weimert (Riz).
