With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Salway of Willshire, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Ann Salway to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Merkle and Erna Merkle (Schroeder); her husband Donald Salway; and her sisters, Edna Merkle and Martha Prpich.
She is survived by: her sons, David Salway of Rockford, Ohio, Charles Salway (Judy) of Celina, Ohio, Dennis Salway (Darlene) of Willshire, Ohio and Doug Salway (Patty) of McKenna, Washington; her sister Norma Keller of Cranbury; and her grandchildren, Laura Putman, Travis Salway, Joey Salway, Kristina Harlan, Wesley Salway, Benjamin Salway, Kathleen Frisch and Jennifer Salway. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Due to public concerns of safety, we request family and visitors practice social distancing and the wearing of masks.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer memorials to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schumm.
