He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Luginbill and Clara Louise Luginbill (Schott). He is survived by: his wife Sara Stutz; his children, Jeffrey "Allen" Luginbill, Jr. (Samantha) of Oakwood and Ashley Luginbill of Willshire; and his siblings, Scott Luginbill (Jill) and Ruth Whitten (Charlie).
