She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold W. Gilpin and Naomi I. Gilpin-Kingsley (Helm); her husband Robert L. Sipe; her children, Greg L. Sipe and Connie S. Miller; her grandchildren, Christopher D. Osborn and Suzie Schlosser; her great grandchild Alexander Girod; and her sister Lucretia M. Allshouse.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela K. Osborn of Van Wert, R. Steve Sipe (Beatriz) of Apple Valley, California, Linda J. Owens (Chuck) of Cicero and Kim R. Dailey (Larry) of Decatur, Indiana. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Praise Point Church (555 Decatur Rd, Willshire, OH 45898). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Preferred memorials can be given to Community Health Professionals, and Hearth & Home Assisted Living at Van Wert, Ohio.
