She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Liptak and Rose Liptak; her husband Thomas P. Madeja; and her brother William J. Liptak. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Liptak of Mentor-On; and her children, Michael Madeja (Kimberly) of Eldersburg, Maryland, Rosanne Madeja, Karen Madeja and Carolyn Dohn (Donald) of Fairhope, Ala.
