He is survived by: his children, Jason Guy (Jamie), Sean Guy (Gabrielle) and Cali Horsfall (Asa); his grandchildren, Allyssa, Ashley, Alexyss, Avery, Angelynna, Noah, Jaxon and Charlotte; and his siblings, Sandy Stewart (Jerry) and David Guy.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brickman Bros. Funeral Home (37433 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094).
