She was predeceased by: her parents, Laddislaus Khas (Laddie) and Catherine Khas (Burnoskey); her husband Kenneth Vouk; her brother Charles Khas; and her daughter-in-law Tami Vouk.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Louise) of Kirtland, Kevin (Nancy) of Concord and Kurt (Elizabeth) of Yardley; her grandchildren, Gabrielle (Patrick Drabik), Hannah, Kevin (Alli), Victoria and Benjamin; her great grandchild Lainey; her brother King David Khas (Joe); and her sister-in-law Betty Khas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations (35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake, OH 44095). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church (32114 Vine St, Willowick, OH 44095).
