With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kay Coughlin (Willowick, Ohio), born in Willoughby, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2017 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Sean; her parents, John Smith and Georgianna Smith; and her siblings, Regina Smith and James Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Regina Struna (Edward), Jacqueline Coughlin and Kelly Matier (Jeff); her grandchildren, Holly Womack (David), Bonnie Struna, Shelley Struna, Jennifer Schaupeter (Scott), Theresa Westbrock (Mark), Amy O'Dea (Dave), Maureen Valko, Erin Sinada (Naif), Candace Platt (Matt), Tim Edwards, Beckie Edwards (Jackie) and Kate Matier; and her sibling Patricia Frost (Jack).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made in Kay's memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44110 or St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Mary Magdalene Church.
