Blake (Leslie) and James "Jimmy" Blake (Jeneane); his father-in-law Ed Rennie; his son-in-law Roger Estabrooks; his grandchildren, Christy Herman (Mike), Roger Estabrooks (Laurie), Alecia Scimenes (Jonathon), Carly Blake, Joshua Blake, Nathan Blake, Eddie Rennie (Lindsay) and Jeanna Rennie (Adam); his great grandchildren, Madalyn Herman, Bree Herman, Braden Scimenes, Gianna Scimenes, Raegan Scimenes, Aaliyah Scimenes, Nero Estabrooks and Jeremy Estabrooks; and his sibling Billie Ruth Mayfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
