He was predeceased by: his parents, Joso Cindric and Kata Cindric; his daughter Mirjana; and his siblings, Tomo, Ivan, Matija, Pave, Nikola, Jure, Marija Jurcevic, Bara Samardzija and Dragica Neralic.
He is survived by: his wife Marija; his children, Jelena Obrovac (Tomo) and Nick Cindric (Ann); his grandchildren, Robert Obrovac (Gretchen), Kristina Mata (Christopher), Joseph Cindric (Iva) and Kevin Cindric (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Kyle, Caiden, Mila, Niko and Evelyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
