He was predeceased by: his child Marilyn Irons; and his sibling Josephine Welsh (Joseph). He is survived by: his spouse Nancy; his children, Sharon Juchnowski (Mark), Laura Vanjo (Matthew) and John Jr. (Judy); his grandchildren, Carli, Rachel, Steve, Erin, Kyle, Paul, John, Molly and Emma; his great grandchildren, Alexander Rae and Veda Rae; and his siblings, Edith Durante (Joseph) and Frances Luca.
