It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lee Cahill Jr. (Willowick, Ohio), who passed away on October 12, 2018, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, William "Popsie" McMahon and James Cahill. He is survived by: his wife Amy Cahill; his children, Sydney Cahill and Gavin Cahill; his parents, Colleen Bish (Gary) and Jeffrey Cahill, Sr. (Gloria); his siblings, Steven Cahill (Kari) and Jonathan Cahill (Megan); his nephews, Zacharie, Lucas and Connor Cahill; his parents-in-law, Barbara Ann Veres and Gary Holzheimer; and his grandmothers, Marianne and Patricia Cahill. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Jeff can be made to the Metro Health ICU Burn Unit.
