He was predeceased by: his father Harold Dahlhofer; and his brother David Dahlhofer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dahlhofer (Van Horn); his sons, Ron Dahlhofer (Kristen), Doug Dahlhofer (Jen) and Matt Dahlhofer; his grandchildren, Ava, Luke, Madelyn, Jayden and Owen; and his brothers, Paul Dahlhofer (Pauline) and Mark Dahlhofer (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made, in Jim's name, to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
