He was predeceased by: his parents, Mirko Sestan and Anka Sestan. He is survived by: his wife Kata Sestan; his children, Mike Sestan, Mary Curkovic and Mladen Sestan (Jadranka); and his sibling Perka Peric. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, his 9 great grandchildren.
