He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Stark and Elsa Stark. He is survived by: his siblings, Peter R. Stark (Linda) and Carol E. Stark; his nephew Peter R. Stark Jr. (Laurie); his niece Jennie M. Finocchiaro (Phil); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Santino, Carmine Stark, Sydney, Colby Stark, Madeline and Emma Finocchiaro; and his close friends, James Dalton and Elaine Broski (Glenn).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
