He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Frank Turk IV of Lakewood, Autumn Dackiewicz (Chris) of Willowick and Theresa Turk; his grandchildren, Nicky, Zack, Aubree and Lincoln; his siblings, Donna Hocevar (David) of Chester Twp, Caroline Kirchner of Chardon and Ray Turk (Charlotte); and also Daniel Turk of Willowick. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
