He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jurkoshek and Florence Jurkoshek; his siblings, Ralph Jurkoshek (late Dora), Theresa Rogaliner (late Ray) and Jack Jurkoshek (late Marie); and his brother-in-law Tony Lunato.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jurkoshek; his children, Tris Lunato, Cindy Witterman (Art), Mario Lunato Sr. and Frank Jurkoshek Jr. (Gina); his grandchildren, Nichole (Jason), Jason, Tim, Kelly, Mario Jr. and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Carter, Rick and Kaylee; and his sister Florence Lunato. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
