He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Kozer and Genevieve Kozer; his wife Mary Lou Kozer; his daughter Karen L. Wertman; and his siblings, Delores, Donald Shea, Laverne and William Seese.
He is survived by: his children, Kim M. Rundo (James A.) and Keith A. Kozer (Connie L.); his grandchildren, Brian P. Wertman (Lauren M.), Greg A. Wertman (Alli S.), Nicholas A. Kozer, Joshua A. Rundo (Heather A.) and Janean M. Southam (Brendan R.); his great grandchild Eve P. M. Southam; and his sisters, Jacqueline Ksiazek (John) and Geraldine Parkinson (William).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jakubs-Waite Funeral Home (36000 Lakeshore Blvd, Eastlake, OH 44095, USA). A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Magdalene Parish (32114 Vine St, Willowick, OH 44095).
