She is survived by: her children, William "Jeffery" Spence, Jr. (Wanda) of Ona, WV and Brenda Kay Boggs (Donnie) of Willow Wood, Ohio; her granddaughters, Crystal Nicole Spence Luther, Kayla Marie Spence and Heather Dawn Boggs; her great grandchild A. J.; her siblings, Odra Baker and Chester Locey; and her close friends, Beverly Harris and Barbara Conner.
