He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cooke Shepherd; his children, Jim Shepherd (Lora) of Willow Wood, OH, Joey Shepherd (Chrystal) of Willow Wood, OH and Dr. Chelsea Shepherd (Dane Bruce) of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, James Michael Shepherd of Willow Wood, OH, Corey Shepherd (Krista) of Lima, OH and Zephrah Hall (Nathan) of Nicholasville, KY; his brothers, Thomas Shepherd (Ginny) of Willow Wood, OH and Leeman Shepherd (Thelma) of Willow Wood, OH; and his sister-in-law Richa Shepherd of Willow Wood, OH..
