He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sullivan and Thelma Clark Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Brinda Sullivan; his children, Melissa Sullivan and Timmy Craig; his stepchildren, Kimberly Webb and Brian Webb; his brother Joe Sullivan; and his nephew Jeff Green. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
