He is survived by: his wife Esther Rose Callicoat; his children, Lisa Stortz (Patrick) of Erlanger, KY and Gary Leon Callicoat (Rhonda) of Willow Wood, OH; his grandchildren, Keishia Hivley (Carlos) of Scottown, OH, Lee Callicoat (Stephanie) of Willow Wood, OH, Jacob Callicoat (Destiny) of Willow Wood, OH, Samantha Stortz of Erlanger, KY, Shelby Stortz of Erlanger, KY and Savannah Stortz of Erlanger, KY; and his siblings, Ronald Callicoat (Wanda) of Willow Wood, OH, Kenneth Callicoat (Connie) of Willow Wood, OH and Toni Ferguson (Kevin) of Willow Wood, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
