He is survived by: his wife Peggy Capper (Montgomery); his children, Mark Capper (Lou Anne) of Willow Wood, Tammy Davis (Ed) of Willow Wood and Matthew Capper (Amanda) of Willow Wood; and his sister Linda Ash of Ironton.
