He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Lee Lacinak; his parents, Emil W. Lacinak and Margaret Lacinak; and his sister Dorothy Youngblood (late Howard). He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Lacinak; his children, Janice M. Johnson (Gary W.), Stephen W. Lacinak (Kelly M.) and Jennifer A. Bontrager (Lawayne M.); his grandchildren, Gary, Marcus, Riley, Stevie and Maxx; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Peyton, Avery and Cameron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
