Lacinak; his children, Janice M. Johnson (Gary W.), Stephen W. Lacinak (Kelly M.) and Jennifer A. Bontrager (Lawayne M.); his grandchildren, Gary, Marcus, Riley, Stevie and Maxx; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Peyton, Avery and Cameron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
