He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Hachtel and Norma Hachtel (Heffron); his wife Nancy K. Hachtel (Raufman); his daughters, Katherine A. Hachtel and Gretchen L. Evans (Mark J.); his grandson Andrew C. Evans; and his sisters, Gail Haddad (Arthur) and Patricia Thompson (Gordon). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
