It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Polley (Willoughby, Ohio), born in New London, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Polley; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Lois Seiter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Seiter; his mother Joan; his siblings, Susan Carlovsky (Steve), Jane Polley, Robert Polley (Lori) and William Polley (Tammy); his brother-in-law Robert Seiter; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Courtney, Karyn Carlovsky, Michael Polley (Christie), Amy Keesler (Mike), Abby Weix (Bob), Zachariah and Madison Polley.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Little Church in the Vale or UH Seidman Cancer Center are appreciated.
