He was predeceased by: his parents, William Black and Martha Black; his stepmother Martha Black; his brother James F. Black; his stepbrother Scott Gerard; his cousin Alan Washington; and his aunt Phyllis Washington.
He is survived by: his brother David W. Black; his stepsisters, Kathleen V. Carvin and Karen Rankin (Mark); and his cousin Ann S. Cawrse (late Craig). He is also survived by his extended family and dear friends.
