She was predeceased by: her parents, Ersel Poling and Juanita Poling (Simpson); her significant other Frank Sicurezza; her sister Betty Jean (Poling) Childers (Clyde); her son David; her granddaughter Ariana; and her great grandchild Baby Bean.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Shockey Takacs (Stephen), Ricky Shockey (Nancy) and Eric Shockey (Tina Reynolds); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Adam, Daniel, Lindsey, David and Amanda; her great grandchildren, David, Devon, Oliver, Elsie, Penny, Anthony, Kairi, AvIn, Eli, Jace, Sabrina, Brielle, Davey, Amelia and Kingston; and her nieces, Misty and Savannah.
