He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Simon and Steve Simon; his brother William Simon; and his parents-in-law, Margaret and Thomas Benedetto.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his sons, Robert, Thomas (Donna) and Eric (Leslee Elliott); his grandchildren, Kevin (U. S. Navy), Michael, Joey, Logan, Gabriella, Natalie, Sean Phillips and Ryan Phillips; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Simon, Patricia Benedetto and Kim Palazzo. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
