He is survived by: his children, Adam Toth (Angie), Tammy Birman (Thomas) and Shelby Ferris; his grandchildren, Ayden Toth, Kase Toth, Jocelynn Toth and Rayna Toth; his former wives, Pamela Hawks and Brendy Kazmierski (Tom); and his sister Linda Hardison (Willie).
