He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cole and Lena Bissett (Barber). He is survived by: his wife Janet Cole (Kessinger); his children, Lara Walker (HalHenry), Timothy Cole (Joann), Jennifer Reed (Michael) and Melinda Wilk (Keith); his grandchildren, Todd Yager, Richard Cole, II (Tori), Michael Reed, Jr. (Shelby), Matthew Reed, Morgan Reed, Katelyn Cole, Savanna Godfrey, Connor Godfrey and Sierra Godfrey; his siblings, Virginia Naples (Phillip), Linda Maltry (Mark) and Charles Cole, Jr.; and his half-brother Scott Cole. He is also survived by many extended family members, step-siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins.
