It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Culek (Willoughby, Ohio), born in Bedford, Ohio, who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank B. Culek. She is survived by: her daughters, Frances Carly and Mary Ann Sinkovec (Frank); her daughter-in-law Joyce Culek; and her children, Timothy Culek and Susan Culek. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to Grace Hospice, 7314 Industrial Park Boulevard, Mentor.
