“Marilyn deserved to live a long life. I am so very sorry. Murph was my best friend and partner in crime for our entire childhood. Our dads were best friends and the Murphy girls are our family. Marilyn and I spent endless hours together playing, talking, learning and growing. Later in life, it was obvious that her family was her pride and joy. She lit up when she spoke of her grandchildren. I can only pray that she is with our dads now, casting for walleye. My deepest condolences.”
